Teenage Series

SO........ We have decided to dedicate our spealitiies to a Teen Series twice a month and if goes well we will continue through the decades.
We want to offer the young girls on our page a helping hand when applying makeup for the first time and encourage them to create a beautiful and flawless look enhancing their own natural beauty, because we all know less is really more!
To be honest we would have appreciated this advice ourselves, as the beginning wasn't so easy for us and it took a lot of experimenting. Makeup has never been so popular but we still want to encourage girls that a good heart and confidence is the most attractive trait to any lady and we want to make them feel even more empowered to look and feel their best!

So we took our two teenage models,
The first we will be Sarah, Sarah is 13 years old and has begun to experiment with makeup, applying a little to enhance her beautiful features and an extra added sparkle for discos and special occasions.

The first look we will be showing with her is a very simple natural look with a little glitz for day time, we wanted to keep this fresh, just brightening the eyes and giving the lips a pop of colour!

Her skin was so beautiful to begin so we took some of her products and a few of our's worked together to create a look.

At the moment she is using a light coverage BB cream. There are so many gorgeous BB creams available it's very easy to choose from and they are quite affordable and long lasting.

This one is called Osiris, but there are plenty out there.
We placed all over Sarah's face for a fresh look and this is what we got.

As teens, your skin is changing texture so "Oily" and "Dry" are two new combinations you have probably been introduced to lately.
We suggest you apply a powder to set your BB cream if you are oily, this will prevent the makeup from sliding off during the day and if you have dry skin then leave your BB cream as be.

We then groomed Sarah's Brows, she has beautiful full brows, that are actually a fashion statement at the moment, so please don't go plucking your brows to a strip girls, they really frame you face and a little tidying up is all you really need.
You can get these mascara wands from any makeup counter, they will be free too just ask the girls for one or two.

To finish off we swept a natural eyeshadow colour across the eyelids and clear lip gloss on the lips.
This look was very simple and if you have received any makeup sets for christmas go ahead and try this out.

Don't be afraid and apply just enough to still look natural. Hope you ladies like this series.
Please let us know if you would like to see another one.
